All applications must be endorsed by the principal or chief executive of the High Quality Manager Mentor home organisation. You will be asked to commit to at least 6 days a year for mentoring assignments plus your continuing professional development in this role.
Applications are particularly welcome from women or men working in non-traditional areas and from managers of BME background or other under represented groups. You must be currently working in an organisation recieving LSC funding in the Learning Skills sector. (including work-based learning, adult and community learning, offender learning, specialist and general FE colleges).
